Human Factor assessment (HFA), a multi-layered series of projective tests specifically designed to probe the deepest reaches of a student’s psyche and shed light on any issues that students may be struggling with every day. HFA is the first mental and emotional wellbeing assessment that is able to identify the strengths and grey areas, if any, in an individual’s behaviour, pattern of thinking, emotional response, and their perceptions and reactions to different stimulus in the environment around them.
